These terms are an agreement between you and Babar Khan ("we", "us"), the operator of Smart App Link. By creating an account or using Smart App Link, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. What Smart App Link does
Smart App Link lets you create short links that send visitors to your app's App Store page, Google Play page or website, depending on the visitor's device. It also counts clicks and shows which type of device they came from.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.
- Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- If you create an account for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You may only use Smart App Link for links to apps and websites you're allowed to promote. You must not use it to:
- send people to malware, phishing pages, scams or anything illegal;
- impersonate another person, brand or app, or infringe anyone's trademarks or copyright;
- send spam, or hide the real destination of a link to mislead people;
- overload, probe or interfere with the service, or generate fake clicks.
We may disable a link or suspend an account that breaks these rules, without notice when needed to protect visitors.
4. Plans and limits
The Free plan includes 3 links and 200 counted clicks per calendar month. Paid plans include higher limits as shown on our pricing. When you reach your monthly click limit, your links keep working, but visitors choose their store from a page of buttons instead of being redirected automatically until the next month starts. Clicks from link-preview bots are not counted.
Plans with unlimited clicks are for genuine visitors and are subject to fair use. Normal traffic of any size is fine. If an account's traffic is far beyond typical use (for example, more than 1,000,000 clicksin a month) or appears automated, we'll contact you before taking any action, and may ask you to move to a custom plan.
We may change the features or limits of the Free plan. We'll tell paying customers before changes that affect their plan.
5. Payments and subscriptions
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payments, issues invoices, handles sales tax, and handles billing questions and returns. Paid plans are billed in advance each month.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which gives you 14 days to ask for a refund.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription.
6. Your content
You own the app names, URLs and other details you add. You give us permission to store and use them only to run the service, for example to redirect visitors and show your statistics.
7. Availability
We work to keep Smart App Link fast and available, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided "as is". We don't control the App Store, Google Play or third-party websites your links point to.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost installs, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Smart App Link and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@smartapplink.app. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its links stop working.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Smart App Link after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
